yep as others have said that mag dont look right - the mag follower should not look like that - but mate you have a lot to go on - your friends are empty cases - lots of carefull working that...

I had a quick look on google and its not a new problem sadly - one recommendation was to cycle cases repeatedly and watch for wear - may get to see if there is a tight spot - some indication problem...

now things to try - try loading with one less round in mag or even two less - and see if you can google an image of the mag parts to see if indeed there is a part put in back woods
