    Mine shot well with RL26 for a 20" mid 2800fps...

    Mine shot well with RL26 for a 20" mid 2800fps for the 180grn.
    I think the main reason for the cartridge was that the 180grn fits in a standard Tikka mag seated 20thou off the lands

    3000 is do able in a 22 or 24" barrel I would say...

    3000 is do able in a 22 or 24" barrel I would say as I could get 2900 from a 20"

    I had a 7prc with a 20" It didn't like the factory Hornady rounds at all, low speeds and high pressure even loading their brass gave shit results.
    Mine only came to life one I got ADG brass and RL26...
