    Fill the hole with epoxy, let it set hard. Then...

    Fill the hole with epoxy, let it set hard. Then drill a new hole through it and fit an Uncle Mikes swivel stud that has a hidden nut, to be recessed in to the barrel channel. Wont pull out.
