    The American has the funny 3/8"/13mm dovetail, the 457 has the standard euro 11mm rail.

    Rings may fit but likely be better to get new rings.

    Depends which model 452 you had, some models are 11mm dovetail and others are 3/8" which is actually 13mm.

    The same price as the Tikka T1 and cheaper than an Anschutz or Sako quad, but yes a considerable increase on the 452/455.

    IMO there are inprovements over the older models that make it work the...
