No need to blow into it. Primer at one end and blockage at other. Projectile end would be about .22 diameter
Yep, spent primer. The plastic part seems to be a tight press fit, cos won't move in or out ( by hand at least). Compared in size to my .222 cartridge and is significantly longer, so must be longer...
