Problem found!!
Natural point of aim = rifle naturally resting with point of aim on the target, when in shooting position. No muscle required to be on target.
Bipod spikes allow too much...
That won't help him shoot. Natural point of aim or more consistent pressure on the bipod or something

Make sure you're loading the bipod evenly and not too hard (I think the spikes are a rubbish product), straight behind the rifle, no muscle tension, consistent position, natural point of aim
As these 2 groups were shot with different rear rests, I would suggest throwing the rear monopod in the bin and shooting again, with the rear bag, concentrating on your basics.
