In that case you have gone to far. It shouldn't be much softer than twice fired brass.
Looks good. Another point to note is that if you get a collet neck sizing die you don't work the brass as much as a full length die so you can go far far longer between annealings.
Get a pair of pliers and crush a fresh case and then an annealed case to get a feel for how much is too much. You don't want to over anneal as that can lead to case rupture. Watch more you tube...
