I was always told speed isnt everything. Seems like everyone want to be up 3000fps

Im running 68 grn 2217 with a 162eldx. Had a under half inch group with that and havent worked out the speed yet. 71grn was half inch but was pretty uncomfortable to shoot

Recently put my vortex on top 7mmrem mag with muzzle brake on the end hove only fired 40 rounds for load development and have noticed reticle has move/twisted form from center in a clockwise...

So a 1:9.5 twist would be no good then??

Have a marlin7mm08 and she shoots like shit @100yds with hornady factory ammo. How can you tell the rifling in barrel is gone. Also was thinking or cutting her down to bushpig style with dan hardy...
