Nah the latitude is a warmer bag. More fill, (although lower power) but comfort at - 7 rather than extreme at - 7. Personally a comfort minus 7 would be the minimum I would condsider for a year round...

What sort of temps do you want to use it for. Not a huge amount of fill, that would be good to just below freezing for me. Not quite enough for an all rounder imo
