I would check the extractor maybe, is the extraction erratic?. Or maybe you just limp wristed that one shot? Try shooting one handed and see if you can make it stove again? or two hands limp...

I use 24.5gr of 2206H for my 69Matchkings (competition) and probably the same for the 65gr game kings - which i would use for hunting fallow
