    The 55gr Vmaxs I used to run do this too.

    At short range they would go straight through without killing well.

    The Sierra 65gr spire points drop them in their tracks.

    But I've been practising ..... can hit an 8" gong at 5 hundy ..... sometimes.

    Haven't tried to shoot a Goat at that range yet but I feel confident I can do it.

    I dropped several Goats at about 200m earlier this year with my gutless .223 :)...
