    Thanks Guys. I will get a license and just wing it I think. Oakura River is north of Stony River and south of Whaiwhakaiho River in New Plymouth. Looks ok on google maps. Might give Stony River a go...

    Oakura River

    I'm going camping next week at Oakura Camp ground and was thinking of taking the fly rod and checking out the Oakura River. Has anyone got any info on it? Fly types to use? Good spots from the road...
