i have had some success with a teaspoon head tied on just above a small hook with bait on it...You just drag the spoon along the bottom slowly stirring things up and the flounders love it.
Not as often as i would like to Josh,its a great place for a good trout and a few over 8lb been caught this season. Usually go down during the week,first thing in the morn for 4-5hrs max..
Managed to get away for a couple of hours chasing a sea run trout the other day.
