Here comes the problem, as soon as you start to put some appropriate range safety features in say your "casual range" that is also a farm paddock you have now created a "range" that needs Police...
That's your NZDA system, is it currently a NZ Police approved range? Do you think they will stick with same certification criteria? One would hope so but I doubt it. Pistol ranges are the only ones...
