It is one of the few blocks I would apply for and be stoked if successful. I have hunted it and the lower ones a fair bit. But I am only after a trophy. Not many deer in there.
But likely to be good...
Bit of advice. There are some flats that are only around 2k downstream from where you are likely to camp. It is on another block but if no one is there you might want to have a look. Don't bother...

Depends on what you want out of the roar as to what are considered the best blocks.
If you want to see shit loads of deer then the coastal blocks are best along with most of the open block south...
