76mm is what I measure it at.

Yeah I spose it does. The way I walk around and carry a rifle it would take some getting used too because of where my hand goes but shouldn't be an issue for clients when they normally walk around...

Just finished fitting the bottom metal to the Deviant. Took a bit of work with the dremel but its now fitted and works perfect.
Dunno if I made the right call for a hunting rifle but time will...

Bought AICS 5 rnd mags and Rem SA AICS bottom metal.

I don't even use the rifle myself except to check zero every now and then so it better work[emoji1787]

I agree but do not think it is the action more so than the rust migrating to the action from wyatt box and bottom metal.

Spent a heap of coin and hopefully have the 2 issues sorted now.

Bit the bullet and bought some bottom metal and 2 x 5 rnd mags. Wasnt cheap but cheaper than the issues I was having, could cause.
