Any one else get the email from DOC today ? I feel sick ! :omg:
I hate to say it, but from quick read it looks like DOC have completed their review & pretty much ignored any advice or...

Got a reply back from DOC today to say
" The Department of Conservation has recently received a request under the Official Information Act 1982, asking for a copy of some of the submissions...

cheers - i ended up sending to all of the names on the list, and that got thru. Also then got response from Chch DOC to say they had a gremlin in the "permissions" email addy

email address on Doc link does not work ??? Tried sending to permissionschristchurch@doc.govt.nz .... but email system says its not a valid address ???

thanks gimp but for practical purposes does that mean "restricted" is pretty much open slather same as "permitted" ?
I guess you'd need to know the specific restrictions for each "restricted area",...

Definitely going to put in a submission & trying to digest all the legal speak and DOC language to do so is a challenge.
