Just had a thought... The howa/vanguards would be fine for out of a truck and inexpensive. Could grab a stainless one, biff the stock and put it in a boyds laminate... Cheapest vortex or Nikon...

Not about attracting attention with the AR 15. But they are expensive and as a truck gun that will travel to and from work I would rather not have the semi auto in there. Just my personal preference....
