WTF is on that bolt head???? almost looks like welding slag blobs.....look at wee tit on left side of bolt head...and middle of front face outer edge on right hand side....

try it with bolt not completely down...see what happens...I suspect the bolt has completed the downstroke as fireing pin moved so didnt hit properly and thus the issue.My norinco will do it,luckily...

maybe bolt wasnt completely down.....seen that with elcheapho norinco ONCE.

single shot break open perhaps???? closed it gently perhaps??? dirt or crap around firing pin itself if a bolt action..... Murphy laughing in background???
