ok...so I put tiny smear on finger n thumb...twirl case with other hand,lubing from shoulder but not on shoulder down to base....,resize,popping out old primer...and from then on no lube needed so...

funnily enough the first fella who showed me how to reload,used vasoline....and after a couple of stuck cases with lee lube,I tried it and havent looked back for 25 years.... and that toothpaste crap...

if you swapped out he lee lube for vasoline I would say thats an awesome idea......over the years I have read about more stuck cases,broken threads,hair pulled out in frustration caused by using that...
