your issue ISNT the neck..or projectile...its more than likely the body of brass itself/shoulder...bump it back more and issue will simply go away...as will tight chambering.....in effect you trying...
how are you setting up your sizing die????
if neck sizing...maybe you should F/L instead...PERSONALLY I never just neck size....reason for this,my old rifle seemed to have off centre bore and large...
so its tighter than a nuns nasty...maybe just maybe you need to bump die in tiny bit more...if the thickness of vivid ink is enough to make chambering hard???? tiny amount of blood on case would be...
but last photo....... hmm someone else have idea????
well it DEFINATELY ISNT projectiles hitting rifling looking at that one.
2nd photo looks to have 4 places its touching. on shoulder.... let the vivid dry...so it dont rub off so easy and try again.
now try the body of case...... there is one clear patch of diagonal rubbing there, but it goes too far forward to be rifling alone.
nah...felt tip pen a tight round..chamber it a few times and see where its touching..
are you 100% positive its projectile jamming into rifling???? eg did you open bolt and find marks on projectile or COULD it be the sizing die loosened slightly and case is tighter than normal...
