got out the micrometer..fancypants ruler.... the old expander Ive taken the top bit of...

well I did try some without expander and doughnutted 3 cases so can stick that idea where sun doesnt shine....maybe a sleak boattail woul have helped...but I shall be sticking with tried n true...

still expanding..maybe a fly shit less than before but wont be much less..... it surely is smoother which has to be a good thing.

well I got the 6" bench grinder out...2 minutes later the long expandy bit is a much shorter expandy bit...then into power drill and onto some very fine sandpaper... slips in and out of a case now...

nah..will just carry on using the FLR as per instructions in most any reloading manual produced in last 75years LOL... old saying..if its working why bother stuffing around with it???

now RugerM77 you naughty fella.....how really have me thinking....IF a fella was to neck turn a few cases,then run them through the whackamole.....it would give results almost as consistant as these...

Just poked together 10 rounds resized with whacamole. 3 were harder to seat projectiles.i believe it was because I neglected to champher case mouth
