i have a lot of time for the .45LC, its one of those rounds that because of its age lots of ammo is down loaded for older guns so its considered by many to be only a Cowboy Action...

i would say that a lever action when used by a shooter that knows what he is doing is only a little slower if that than a semi used by your average shooter.
