Cost a lot more than mine! That one in the video would probably have to be done on cad first them cam the G code, something I cant do at the moment. But for someone good at it maybe an hour or so?...

Aside from the cnc we will shortly be offering chambering and barrel fluting services.
And most likly bedding at some stage.
Yup we did, much smaller and without live tooling Y axis and sub spindle, so the new one will be much more complex to program.
We will have both lathes running for a few months just to get stock...
Everything we do at the moment is on the website DPT Machinists - DPT Machinists but we are going to be bringing out new products soon, will keep the forum posted.
Nearly 6 months to get here, shes big and heavy, 8 tons, twin spindle multi axis lathe, took half the day to get it into the shop.
Looking forward to getting it up and running, the last few months...
