I get about 8.5L per 100km open road. 11L around town and 14L towing. Gets exponentially worse if I drive like a dick.

Has anyone had anything owned, looked into or considered a VW Touareg? Look nice to drive and big enough donkey to tow. According to the aa website towing capacity of 3500kg...
