From what I recall you didn't get payed for the weight of the skin, offal or head....
Think you'll find none of them are roar blocks only. A few available all year, the rest for 3 or 4 months and the roar fulls within those months. So not poaching

Happy Jack, I think you'll find it's too late to change anything on your permit. Pretty sure there was an email say no changes after new years. But I could be wrong
