    2990 with 130 grn ballistic tips. W760 powder....

    2990 with 130 grn ballistic tips. W760 powder. Wasn’t maximum. Killed well. Bit messy.
    You could use any of half a dozen cases and there will be nothing in it except marginal ballistic differences....

    Ive had 20" .270 and 6.5PRC. 270 met...

    Ive had 20" .270 and 6.5PRC.

    270 met expectations, 6.5prc fell short.

    Too much fussing around with the PRC - dies, cases etc and performance wasn't startling.

    The .270 was so easy to set up...
