Yeah mate.... the yanks make pepperoni sticks etc.... 5-8 mm in diameter 15-20cm long...we make them out of ducks,geese etc,bloody tasty with a beer or 20....keep them low fat,add peppercorns...

Weigon and mallards.... bit of a variety there with the colours but bloody good eating all the same mate

First shoot of the season,not bad really,these breasts will be made into sausages and duck sticks
