i got a refund on my hunters element jacket today ( first time out in light rain for 3 hours and i got soaked through ) so what im looking for is

100% wind proof
breathable...
so did mine took it back and got a refund, not sure what im going to replace it with though
add me to the list i paid $450 for a h/e jacket and got soaked through i wasnt impressed at all....
