I guess they were all set up correctly, it seems to be a common theme with MSRs that they don't stand up to much wind compared to some other tents of a similar design so there is possibly better...

Yeap same here have personally been there when one has imploded on itself due to wind it collapsed and all the poles bent and tore it, at the time I had my cheapo salewa set up right beside it and...
I will be sleeping with my appendages well and truly inside my tent around any dodgy north islanders in the future
Terra Nova are the business, I have a solar competition and it's had all sorts of abuse but still going strong, pretty impressive for a 1kg tent
That happens to MSR's anyway...
