    Kudu, Well I had a Creedmoor with a 20" barrel & it was slower than my 6.5x47 (Hornady brass, 2209, 143eld) if you got some Lapua brass with the small primer pocket, Pushed it hard with a fast powder...

    I am getting 2750fps out of my 20" barrelled 6.5x47Lapua with 143Eld-X & a healthy load of R17.
    A mate is running a std Tikka T3 in 260 with the 143 Eld-X...
