My Harris took a bit of 'convincing' with a hammer and punch to get the old roll pins out. Instructions said to keep them but my new ones had screws to hold them which seems to work better prob need...
Think I got them off someone on here... Can't recall

I can see me spiking myself at some point in the future though...
+1 just tried mine out his arvo, work great. Drop fore end down and spikes set into the ground if uneven with he legs just push the longer one into the ground! Had uem lying in the 'parts' drawer for...
