I've got 4 days booked with the wife and kids end of Jan camping at Waihi Beach from AKL, I'll be taking the surfcaster etc but just wondering in general is there many wild goats...

Yeah maybe but given that I've only be hunting for around 2yrs and not confident with finding locations etc I'm sure this would all east point me in 1/2 decent locations, right?
