    The rifle has classic iron sights and a scope...

    The rifle has classic iron sights and a scope rail. He’s looking down the rail and from that POV the iron sights look out of alignment.

    I agree. Go shoot it. See where it’s needs adjusting.

    A mate has a new rifle. He sent me this photo. Is there a problem or does the rear sight need adjusting to the right?
