If you made it small and light enough you might be able to transport it upside down on top of the quad, so you could move it and the quad on a small single axle trailer instead of a tandem.

Just get a small single axle road trailer. It will greatly improve the logistics of having to put trailers on trailers. My little 6X4 foot trailer just fits my 660 grizzly on if I leave the tailgates...
