Yep you're not wrong, I run 18650 batteries in my torches/head torch. Lad has a Zebralight head torch that runs AA's. So want to stay like for like so he only needs to run one set of batteries for now

Off for a look, lad needs a torch, maybe I do too.
What is you best bang for buck that runs single AA?
