Well done. Keep that walking stick handy. Enjoy the feeds to come and then go get another one.
I have a rule when hunting solo. If it looks a bit dodgy, find a safer way. If this is not possible then turn around.
It's not worth the risk.
Given the style of hunting you mention you do mostly, you should have ample time to check the turret hasn't moved while you are waiting.
Make it a habit when you get to your ambush spot.
Just going through the process now as have just moved. Had to go through that RealMe identification thing which was bad enough let alone the registering part.
Gad it's all good for you now. Wouldn't have thought it was the wheels as my first pick to be honest.
Yep. Pretty sure the camera man is that young fella on that escape and evasion program on TV a while back.
I once past a tramper on a doc track who said nothing but "Bit hot for those pants isn't it?( I was wearing fleece longs). I took it as he was having a crack because he could see I was a hunter and...
There's plenty of deer in there, but bush stalking is a bitch in most of it apart from a few areas. Full of regrowth and windfall.
Probably more beneficial to sit and watch prime open...
Have done similar when hunting. Get to a point where you've had enough and drop your guard on walk out making too much noise etc only to spook an animal that would have been a sitter had you been...
I understand what you mean. It's like he's explaining things to a bunch of kids. But if you can put his style of delivery aside he has alot of good information and knowledge.
Check your link:(
308win for me. Does it all to a certain degree. Not the best out there for certain aspects, ( long range ) but ammo is abundant. Not a fancy new cartridge but great for putting meat in the freezer.
Nice shooting. Especially at that range.
Ended up getting some Calibre H11 ones (not LED).
Thankyou to all replies and advice.
I think this will be what I do since LED"s will cause wof issues.
I have a 2018 Ford Ranger that I'm looking at upgrading my (yellow light) headlight bulbs to LED (white light).
What do those in the know or have done it recommend? I see the brand "Calibre"...
What about your mates firearm? If he is a license holder, he should be following the same rules. If he is not he should be right beside a licience holder when discharging a firearm. I don't quite see...
State for me, but admittedly I don't go where it's too rough.
Nice one. An easy walk back.
Good on ya Trout. Couldn't be timed better for Christmas bbq's.
Unless the masking tape moves theoretically it should be all good. A tiny spot of white paint would probably be better if I'm understanding this correctly.
I think you got taxed way too much.
Yeah, we are all going to turn up with beers for a big feed lol.:P
.177 from a good gun will be adequate. The old man has a Gamo bone collector that does the business for what he wants.
The pellet choice should be considered when shooting game. There is so much...
