Finally got around to reading this, that thing at the end of the article is a crazy looking gun, I bet that you could scare your mates with that. Interesting read though I had never heard of rimfire...
akaroa1 how much does it weigh? I have in my mind that they would be light and quick to the shoulder but having never handled one I'm possibly way off.

How much are they going for, I get the feeling in America they are kind of like our old 303, but here they would be kind of rare so may be expensive but also probably not that desirable to most.
(Looking foward to seeing this, that was exactly what I was thinking would be a collection rifle , old school rolling block in a pistol calibre, I think that would be a cool rabbit gun
