As Tahr said I epoxy the recoil lug in place on the stocks I make. Did the same for a friends one, a dirty old 308 and he has shot animals out to 700yds with it.

Sako A7 would have to be one of the best buys out there. They shoot really well. Not overly fussed with the recoil lug system, but it works.
