Can't hurt, will be more accurate, but you will only notice the difference at 600 yds plus probably. If you are regularly shooting 800 -1000 yds then do it.

At 100 yds the difference in atmosphere will make bugger all difference, but at 500 to 600 atmosphere has a much larger effect on trajectory.
