It will be interesting to see how they go, I have seen a few 6.5 A Tips fail to reach the target, a mate was using them in his target rifle and they blew to pieces.

I had a similar issue with my 6x47 Lapua and new brass formed from 6.5x47 Lapua, I had to seat the pills into the lands for the first firing. They have been fine since

Seems odd, what is the OD of a fired case neck, and a sized case neck ?
I prep my brass similar to yours in my 6.5-284, and haven’t split a case neck

Saves having to change dies, I use a few presses, 1 just to decap fired brass, the next one to size cases, the third one to expand necks and seat pills

I just went out to the shed and had another look at it, I was using an un-fired case the last time, a Fired case passes though a 7wsm holder, and just about through a 7SAUM fired case holder, a 7SAUM...

Some of the stuff I have been reading says that the Labradar has unused bluetooth capability, and that they are going to have it connect to apple/andriod devices down the track.

Unless it has changed in the last year or so, no permits are needed at this end, I bought 5 barrels in from the us and only needed us export permits

You could always use a false shoulder with the 300wsm brass, but I agree with DAF, 7-300 is the best of both worlds

Bear in Mind, quite a few of the NRA ranges ie Clevedon and Akarana are on privately owned farms and you can only attend when the club has a shoot on, otherwise bloody good idea

I shoot fclass in the north island, most of the guys at our club are shooting scopes with 42-50x max magnification, I leave mine on 42x and very rarely turn it down

Watch the freight cost if buying from Sinclairs, presses are heavy and you could end up paying over $100us for shipping alone.
From the picture it looks like an early MAE supressor
Get hold of Looseunit, im pretty sure he had a good one of these, he should know
That looks bloody good abe
It just runs in a web brower Stuart, you just need to hook the tablet into the wifi connection, open the address in a browser and away you go
you guys down south start the season pretty early, we...
I used to run the next model up from yours Stuart, the br one, I modified a few bits and it worked pretty well, the wider and longer footprint and additional weight really helped

Not sure if the pricing has changed on these, but i doubt you would get one landed here for less than about $1100 NZD and close on a 12month wait from ordering
