If you want good wearing definitely not the KL71 ,good in clay/puggy mud with its open pattern, passable grip on rock/wet tarseal, horrific wear rates.

Gadgetman with your self confessed lack of velocity driving style I don't know how you could comment on grip?
I will admit to not having tried new hankooks, old ones I had were crap as were the old kumhos (tho they lasted, the new kumhos are ok on wet tar just barely but wear like hell!)

How do you find the gearing and brakes? Mine is on 33s and has enough grunt but brakes are not too flash with a trailer on.
