Mostly experimenting but shot a couple of pigs and a couple of goats with them...never shot a deer with them.
Shot around 400 90gr xtp and 5.7-7gr trailboss in three different rifles with zero issues and good velocity consistency for subs.
Load full case and work down till all of a sudden it goes quiet.

It wont get anywhere near enough rpm to fly apart at subsonic speeds.

2208 is a good powder for the heavier weight projectiles. (supersonic)
