    Sure the ring is not just where the die has sized to? The head won't/shouldn't get sized as it shouldn't expand. And that can leave a line

    You can basicly neck size with a full length die. I can do that a couple of times before it needs actual bumping of the shoulder.
    If its been sized down hard and not run hot it will still have some...

    If it was hot loads your primer pocket would not...

    If it was hot loads your primer pocket would not hold a primer well before that happened.

    That sounds good. I just keep winding down till a case will chamber with just the slightest hint of resistantance on bolt close

    Very long chamber and fl sizeing way to short giving lots of headspace ? Or bought off trade me as once fired:D
