    The best thing about it is if you do 3 roasts out...

    The best thing about it is if you do 3 roasts out of a side it literally takes 5 minutes to break down a goat, as opposed to making chops etc

    Chevon rolled roast.

    Wifey rang me this morning to find out where I put it in the freezer.
    This is simply what is left once you have taken the shoulder and hind quarter off, start at the back steak and just keep peeling...
