Also tryed out the wifes hair dryer tonight for getting coals going.....I think the coal chimmny will be goin in the scrap way quicker to get goin with some force fed air.

Recently went charcoal weber, cant beat the flavor of slow cooked what used to be cheaper cuts like beef cheeks,brisket etc and bloody good spatchcocked chicken but it is a lot of fafing around...ok...
