So update to all of this:
Gave the barrel a mother of a clean and did get some carbon out; whether it was enough to cause inaccuracy or not Im not sure.
Loaded up 4 x 4 shot loads - 3 with 130 Gr...

Not really, There were a few loads that were a bit fast and showed pressure signs for sure, but I backed off a fair bit and now would only have what I consider moderate loads. Ill try the HD clean...
