    The C.I.P. guide above mentions type 1, 2, 3 and...

    The C.I.P. guide above mentions type 1, 2, 3 and 4 steels, with Type 4 being the highest strength.

    "Type 1 steel" is NOT mild steel, but is up to twice as strong as mild steel.
