Have been looking at the zeiss also, more the hd5 range, only thing swaying me towards leupy is the zl2 turret. I'm a huge fan of the system

I wouldn't have considered the nosler a 500m rifle? Or are you implying get a bigger scope for the nosler? These are the answers I'm after.

This is more or less the set up I'm trying to achieve, how do you get on without side focus?

I'm sure I'll be more confused by the end of this but I'll ask anyhow. Currently I have 284 win and a 30 nosler underway. I'm looking at scope combos. I have a vx5 3-15 in the drawer for one of them....
