My issue is the proof barrel is thicker where it meets the scope objective. I have tracked down a couple of options however and will be sorting it this week.

Now that I've finished my long range build I thought my zeiss v6 would be the optimum scope for the job. It must however have quite a wide objective bell. I have optilocks and sako ringmounts (high)...
